Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software development or IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the software development and digital marketing industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Valid driving license
- Currently located in Bahrain
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Manage a team of sales executives and provide coaching and guidance to drive their performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track sales performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and technical teams, to provide a comprehensive solution to clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends.
