Sales Specialist (Reputation Management)

Your Role and Responsibilities
Building new relationships and expanding business with existing customers, including but not limited to demand generation, pipeline build, pricing negotiations, proposal development, and order fulfillment

Managing business preferred opportunity management system, becoming a Technology Support Services subject matter expert, and driving business utilizing a structured sales methodology on maintenance services, supported multi-vendor software & open source services, as well as other brand products

Meeting assigned sales quotas by acquiring new customer accounts

Closing sales deals and positively influencing customer satisfaction with respect to the engagement and offerings.


  • Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business/Computer Science/Engineering/Information System or other equivalent discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in a solutions sales role, with some leadership experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in a similar technology or software sales support position; understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to executives at large companies
  • Ability to sell open source service solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and achieve success for customers
  • Ability to maintain balance of strategic and tactical skills
